1. Reservations & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid ID and payment method are required at the time of booking.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
• Rates may vary by season, room type, and package selected.

2. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

• Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the advance.
• No-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Maintain decorum and respect the resort’s property, staff, and other guests.
• Not engage in illegal, disruptive, or hazardous behavior.
• Be responsible for any damage caused by them or their group during the stay.

5. Use of Facilities

• Some facilities (like campfire, BBQ, or jeep safari) may require advance booking or incur additional charges.
• The resort reserves the right to restrict access to certain services during maintenance, safety concerns, or weather-related issues.

6. Children & Extra Beds

• Children under 5 yrs may stay free of charge when sharing existing beds.
• Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed. 

8. Limitation of Liability

Koviloor Resort shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings or valuables.
• Injuries, accidents, or delays caused by third-party vendors or unforeseeable events.
• Service interruptions caused by natural calamities, power failures, or governmental regulations.

• All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Koviloor Resort.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of this website without written permission.
• We reserve the right to update prices, packages, and content at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Idukki District.
